Step 1: Submit your information by completing the fields listed above. A recruiter will be assigned to your application and will be dedicated to finding an open route that fits your criteria. Your dedicated recruiter will reach out to schedule a 30 min call to go over the position details for open routes available in your hiring area, your experience, and next steps.
Step 2: After selecting your route with your dedicated recruiter, it will take 24-48 hours for processing. You may receive release forms, or a phone call from the hiring manager to go over your experience, employment, and the date you’re available to attend orientation.
Step 3: Once you’ve passed prescreening, we will get you scheduled for orientation where you will complete a drug test, and physical.
Step 4: Once you pass your background check, drug test, and physical, you will be offered an official start date. Then you’re officially ready to join the Highway Hitter Crew!
